    2. Allotment of Telephones to Gallantry Award Winners, War widows and Disabled soldiers on Priority have been granted. The Govt of India, Ministry of Communication Letter No 2-47/92-PHA dated 1.9.2000 grants, besides priority in connections, exemption from payment of registration charges, and concession of 50% in the case of monthly rentals.

  4. Air Travel concessions on Airlines On the basic fare. For Air India, the War disabled Officer has to obtain a identity card from MP 5 whereas for Other ranks from respective Records.
